What is your return policy?

We are excited about our products and trust you will be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, each piece is custom created to order and returns cannot be accepted at this time. We recommend that you check and double check correct sizing for rings and any other customized pieces prior to placing your order online. But of course, we want you to feel great about your purchase, so do let us know if you have any questions and we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.


Help! There’s something wrong with my order.

We work hard to ensure every piece that is sent out is perfect, however, if you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, please email us at info@rozng.com so we can fix your order right away!


If the item arrived defective and/or was damaged during transit, we will happily fix it. Please note that the shipping fee each way is to be covered by the customer. We recommend you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item. Roz Ng is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service. General wear and tear or lost stones from wear are not covered.

We want you to be happy with your new Roz Ng purchase, so if you find that it's not quite right, please contact us at info@rozng.com.






What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway.


Taxes

We collect local sales tax for any orders that ship to destinations within the State of New York. This sales tax, if any, will be added to the cost of your order during checkout.


Custom Lengths of Chains and Bracelets

We offer alternate standard lengths on select necklaces (16", 18", 20", 22" and 24"). Select bracelets and rings may also be customized to fit any wrist or finger size. Please contact us at info@rozng.com to discuss pricing.

How long does shipping take?

We partner with Fedex Express, USPS Priority, and UPS so your package arrives as quickly and safely as possible once your order is ready. As most of our pieces are handmade to order, please allow 2 weeks for your order to ship. Certain customized orders require extra love and care and may take longer. All orders are processed in the order they are received. You can always track your order via the shipping confirmation email sent after your order is on its way. If you need help finding your tracking number or have further questions about shipping, please contact us at info@rozng.com and we will happily get back to you ASAP.


How will I know when my order ships?

We will send you an email including your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship insured everywhere in the United States and Canada and require signature upon delivery. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
We have not yet expanded international shipping to other countries but are working on it.

How much does shipping cost?

In the US, standard shipping is free for orders over $300. For orders under $300, there is a flat rate shipping charge of $10 to the Continental US (UPS Ground) and $20 to Alaska or Hawaii (UPS Ground). There may be a surcharge for larger homeware pieces. All US orders are shipped via Fedex, USPS Priority, or UPS.

For Canadian orders, we work with various dependable shipping partners to provide the best rates possible and the price will vary depending on the receiving location and order. Feel free to email us at info@rozng.com for a quote.

 Ordering multiple items at a time will not increase the cost if shipping to a single address, with an exception to larger homeware pieces.


Can I choose to expedite shipping?

We do not offer expedited shipping as most of our pieces are handmade to order. However, if you need expedited shipping, please do not hesitate to contact us as some items may be shipped earlier depending upon availability. Please note that there is $20 rush fee for expedited shipping. Please contact us at info@rozng.com to inquire further.

Lost Package

We ship all US packages insured and with tracking to help minimize the chances of this happening. We understand that sometimes life happens though, and if your package is lost in transit, please e-mail us right away at info@rozng.com and we will try our best to solve the issue. We also recommend contacting your local postal service on how to file a claim in tandem as we are unable to replace lost packages. Please note that Roz Ng is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared ‘Delivered’ by the delivery service.


International Taxes & Duties
Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to country taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your local post service for rates.
